Pancake recipe! 3 ingredients only!

Pancake Recipe:
2 eggs
2 cup instant oats
1 cup soya milk
Mix oats with soya milk, then add in eggs! Mix till smooth like batter.
Coat pan with oil and add in batter, turn fire to medium.
Patiently wait till it smells good/ some bubbles forming on the top, then flip!
Add in honey, peanut butter, jam, whatever toppings you like!
PS. Note the thickness of the batter and adjust accordingly (more oats/more milk)
It's super simple, yummy and healthy as well! Go try this during Covid when you have nothing better to do lol.

Yea, I added yogurt on top but I think butter/honey/peanut butter would be a better choice hahaha.
